iPad 3G requires a new standard microSIM card to turn on its cellular data features which is a necessity for most of the iPad users. As such, all the local telecom service providers are quick to present their solutions to meet those demands. However each micro-sim card requires the users to subscribe to hefty data plans that can cost as much as $70 per month. Are there other alternatives than succumbing to the mercy of those oligopolies? Fear not, you can actually turn your existing SIM card into microSIM and begin surfing on your iPad via 3G within minutes.

i think in future all phones will have microsim

Guys, there is a way to use microSIM card in every mobile phone, and not only in the Iphone 4 or Ipad! I heard there is a thing called micro sim adapter. Basically, you put your microSIM card inside it and use it in any phone. I googlesearched it and found it here: http://www.gomicrosim.com They say it costs 4.5 EUR. They also seem to offer the sticker guide to cut the regular simcard into the microsim. IMHO their price and quality is the best so far.
